Chicago Flyhouse was called in by College Church of the Nazarene in Bourbonnais to fabricate and install drapery and track for their new 1000-seat worship sanctuary at the University Campus location.

Working with College Church staff, Flyhouse developed an installation that would add grace and beauty to the sanctuary, as well as provide additional functionality and the ability to bring greater production values to the services with enhanced lighting, sound, and staging.

Flyhouse installed rigging to support curtains and lighting pipes – and then fabricated and installed a main valance and curtain, mid-stage borders and curtains, rear stage border and curtain, as well as side doorway curtains.

The new curtaining allows the Church far greater flexibility, inlcuding the ability to mask off parts of the stage during the services, giving them the ability to set scenic elements during services for dramatic reveals, pre-set music instruments and staging, or pre-set areas of the stage for events hapening later in the day and mask them off for earlier services or presentations.
