Responsibilities may include

Support Operations Manager with contract administration to insure contract compliance is accurately reported including but not limited to payment applications, lien waivers, certified payroll, insurance compliance, EEO and/or diversity compliance reports, and drug-testing

Support client management including but not limited to scheduling of work and logistics including travel logistics, staffing assignment, shipping coordination, equipment rental, and act as the liaison between employees and site contacts during project mobilizations.

Facilitate management of the day-to-day schedule for the entire company; including but not limited to managing in-house and onsite resources, personnel and equipment and problem-solving to meet the demands of a dynamic and ‘on-call’ nature of the schedule.

Support Operations Manager on all aspects of hiring personnel and setting up eligible employees with access to Flyhouse keys, email, Safer Venue, Flyhouse employee handbook, healthcare and 401K information.

As needed, address existing staff needs to minimize staff turnover.

And other duties as required as role evolves.

- Must be able to operate out of our Chicago, IL headquarters primarily.
