The Flyhouse team recently returned to Chicago Shakespeare Theater to help provide a unique flying effect for their current performance of Henry V.
Our conversations began over the summer with the theater’s technical team about how to incorporate this flying effect into their upcoming production. Knowing the space in this venue's catwalks can be challenging, and always mindful of budget, we collaborated for several weeks. Eventually, found the right solution to achieve the desired stunt.
Our team successfully incorporated a manual rappel system, Flyhouse trainers taught the actors how to properly use the gear, and through SaferVenueTM daily inspection checks, our teams will stay in touch throughout the production.
Chicago Shakespeare Theater tickets are available now for you to check out this unique performer flying effect yourself, now through early October.
