The USF Sun Dome is a multi-purpose facility on the campus of the University of South Florida. It hosts over 300 different events each year including sports, concerts, and conventions. It first opened in 1980 and has gone through renovations over the years.

During a recent renovation, Flyhouse installed 21,000 square feet of acoustical panels throughout the arena ceiling meeting the 80 percent coverage goal.

Flyhouse had approximately two weeks on-site to install all the panels using two different 135 boom lifts on the arena floor. By working 12 hour days and having a relationship with CMA to fabricate the panels in an expedited fashion (normally a 10-week process), Flyhouse cut the on-site days in half and completed the job in five days.
